I thought that I would drop you an e-mail praising your staff at the Hit the North event on July 18th/19th 2008.

They helped to create a great atmosphere (despite the weather) through a mixture of good banter with the organisers and customers combined with a degree of professionalism which meant that the job got done without any hitches that I was aware of.

Speaking as one of the event organisers we couldn\'t have worked with a better crew.
